So some of us are "nerds' but what online game are you into these days.

Hell even net nerd pimps and pimpets need to fuck around with games time to time. If anything to take your mind off things adult net related like how it's cool to see a new model you have not seen 500k times all ready etc. Mostly just to cut back and get away from it all for an hour or so.

So what are the new time killer games you all are playing these days. I've done the 1942 gig etc, but got bored fast. What are the newest online gaming prospects for killing an hour or two time to time?

Quake III Arena team CTF

Never get tired of it.

Someone else posted this a couple of days ago. I've been playing a little too much. I'm easily amused.

Tom Clancy's Rainbox Six: Raven Shield (multiplayer demo version).

The full game isn't out yet, so go for the demo version at: 3dgamers.com.

I'm having loads of fun with it. No more watching people jump like frogs in CS, good graphics, etc.

I just started playing Prophets' Song aka Trolls Can't Sing. It's in Beta, but I was told of it over a year ago. It's very slow paced, but that's how I like games.

Number one priority but some times I like to take a break and burn some brain activity on a game or two.

Btw, be sure to disable firewall before playing, I had trouble joining servers when I had firewall on.

Thanks that's my norm for online games as seems most eat a dick straight up when you try to get connected with an out of the box firewall set up.

Empire Earth from time to time. Warcraft III sucked up a solid 2 week block when it first came out.

I agree. I was hoping for it to be a major hit, then when I played the demo, oh boy...

First off, the GUI and gameplay was so childish, sounds were really pre-school based, etc.

Well, shit. I thought that's what GFY was for.

All those unrealistic body shots, weapon accuracy, big leaping jumps, and tking lamers make CS older by the second.

Kids actually kill each other over disputes over Counterstrike in PC lounges in Orange County California. Quite sad. :(
