I do see a lot of lowlife scums in Philippines who chain dogs up on 5 inch chains. I have seriously thought about going around at night with those big bolt cutters and setting them all free.

It was in a small province. You know the little outside stores people set up, The kid was just in there playing kicking a ball around for fun. It was still funny though, I wanted to take a picture to show my son...lol

Did you know they used to have baby cages? They would be outside of apartment windows so babies could get light. Put your baby out the window and go about your business.
