You should be more polite asking for help but here is it anyway.

Your site looks a bit messy to me. Tons of banners of different sizes, crap logo, red and yellow at top nav bar and then blue at the rest of the site, etc.

Another thing, the counter on the top middle? thats one of the best advertisement places, why do you put the counter there?

The more important thing, after spending some minutes there i really don't know whats your site about, is it for webmasters? for surfers? resource site? paysite? avs? you should make it more obvious. For me it looks like a resource site for webmasters, but then, why porn banners there? i don't get it, do you want the webmasters to pay for porn?

Before promoting it buying traffic or anything, think if your produt is for webmasters or surfers, then redesign it for that, else you will spend resources for nothing promoting it.

man, what IS it these days with all the sites that make your browser explode so uncomfortably large? yech!

too many things moving. stop the madness.

Hint: Go for a new logo look.

1.) That ifr@me exchange ad is very annoying.

2.) What is your site supposed to be? It's not clear what it's purpose is to serve.

3.) The colors are very clashing. Red on blue (on the nav) doesn't work out well.

4.) After visiting an internal link and exiting out, I was welcomed with 15 pop-ups.

As a conclusion, I rate your site: 3 out of 20. :winkwink:
