I don't think it's against the rules to be unable to clearly explain what you need three webmasters to do for you.

Well, first of all the webmasters interested must demonstrate their interest and most of all must demonstrate that are capable of doing it and for that will count with my fantastic skills to explain ;)

I'm not looking for a kind of webmaster/programmer who know hows to connect to one database, do one query and dump results I'd write ...

What is ridiculus is try to explain to people who don't understand whatever and because of that only create one big mess ...

Those 3 webmasters are not yet born.

They will born and will be able to manage millions of queries that return 8000 records per call with advanced cache systems, etc ... will make part of the best people in the world doing it ...
