You can use paxum card on paypal,i pay over paypal with paxum card all the time.Unless you looking for withdrawing money from paypal,damn paypal dont support adding funds to account with card.Tho,in theory you could have another paypal account where you would link paxum card and send it to your primary paypal account.

send yourself a pay pal invoice to an alternate email addy than you use for pay pal

select to pay with credit card and pay invoice with paxum credit card,

do not input same email as used for pay pal when paying invoice with paxum credit card
