A shitty, jump through the hoops, teachers don't give a fuck, pregnant crackhead sitting next to you, administratively confused community college.

Have to start somewhere, though.

It's what my dad says. lol

But I think I'll deal with it till I get that degree, more of a personal satisfaction even if I don't use it.

No, I went for half a semester and I dropped out. I really want to go back to college because I feel I should at least have a bachelors (even if I don't intend to use it) for a back up in case I ever need to work.

But I feel a little bit too old to go back to school... I'm going to turn 25 in two months!! And I would have to start school as a freshmen !!!! But I look very young for my age, I could EASILY pass for 18, or even 17, people usually don't believe that I'm 24 when they see me.

Am I too old to go back to school? If I do go to back school I 'll just tell everyone I'm 18 if they ask. I didn't go to college after high school because I didn't get along with my parents, so I left home, and had to work full time to support myself.

I went back when I was 27. I was surprised, there were lots of people my age or older. You should do it.

I'm 29 now, just about done with my AA, and off to finish my bachelors in mass communications.

You may even get more out of it going back now. I went for my associates when I graduated HS and didn't go back to finish my until I was 26. I got a lot more out of it at 26 than I did going at 18. My willingness to learn was greater at 26 too. It's harder to fit in as you get older because you see how far you've made it without the degree. But, if nothing else it's a personal accomplishment that no one can take from you!

BTW: 25 is NOT too old for anything! Cept maybe the kiddie rides at the fare :winkwink:
