Keep in mind when promoting a site, make sure they actually have the right to use the content that is on their site.

You have no idea if the girls are actually of age and can wind up in deep shit if you get nailed with them on your site. Claiming they were provided by the site owner won't help you one bit.

My 2 pennies worth of advice.

Keep in mind, I do this much longer than you do :-) But good advice for newbies.

Just putting it out there as people replying to the thread have sites filled with unlicensed content is all.

Your sites on Radicalcash look good. Do affiliates get paid for x-sales? Kinda lame if we just get paid 5% or 10% of revenue generated.

Affiliates get 50% to 65% of revenue generated on a recurring basis, you've been around a while so I assume you know this already.

As for affiliates getting credit on the x-sell, as with every other affiliate program I know of, they do not. On a $30 sale, the affiliate gets roughly $18, biller $4.50 forget about the $1.5 hold that we get back in 6 months and visa/mc fees we pay across multiple billing companies to increase the odds of affiliates making the sale, production and content costs, bandwidth, design, development, customer service, employees, office expenses etc etc... There isn't a ton left over as you can see, so on joins where the cross sales stick through the trial to conversion we put that money towards growing our business and giving affiliates new products to promote.

If you can show me how to increase cross sale income so that initial sales only account for 10% of our revenue while running a clean paysite business that doesn't need to worry about chargebacks and burning MIDs then I'm all ears.

Yes, that is easily possible if you upsell to your own sites. You can still make out great.

For me as an affiliate it does not make sense to send traffic where it generates revenue without my participation.

If I send you a surfer that pays for a month's membership to your site for 30$ and cancels but rebills 4 times for your upsale partner at 40$ it comes to a total of 230$ of revenue generated from my treffic. Yet, I am just paid 15 bucks. That's just too little for my effort of helping you. Sorry.

No worries. We are affiliates as well, I see things a little differently though. If a site converts and I'm making more per click with said site I have no issues with the site owner making money through other avenues, whether it be cross sales, member area ads, etc. Different strokes for different folks.

That said for some of our affiliates we offer the option to create white label sites where we cross sell one of their properties. We obviously don't do this for just anyone but we are here to work with affiliates and make sure it's a win/win situation for both parties.

Fair is fair and one thing we have been for over 15 years is fair and honest with everyone we work with.

Most of not all cross sale deals are done based on a "flat rate"(PPS).
Even if the user were to rebill on the upsell/cross sale partner for 100 months the site that sent the up sale/cross sale still only makes the same fixed amount.
Normally this is taken into account when setting the webmaster revshare amount/PPS amount ... This can be seen when you select (were available) links to Non Cross sale tours.. The revshare and PPS will be lower than if you select links with Cross sales/upsales...
