which is better?

Which would you rather have:

1,000,000 hits and 1:1000 conversion
or 100,000 hits and 1:100 conversion?

Although they equal each other out in terms of actual numbers converted, I would take the 100,000 hits cuz of 1) saved bandwidth costs 2) cost effectiveness as compared to cost of traffic.
