Anyone know a place , to buy good targeted niche traffic ?

I am looking to spend under $100 per 10k uni`s.

The place i was using before only took paypal as a payment method and after having my paypal account hacked and going through that bullshit i dont wana deal with paypal anymore , just creditcard.

Come on now, we all know there are two places you can buy traffic for those prices, and we all know it's not going to be "good targeted niche traffic". For good traffic you're going to have to shell out a little more than 1 cent a unique, and get either SE or mailer traffic. I mean shit aren't there peole here who pay dollars a click for overture traffic? Now that's what I'd call "good targeted niche traffic".

As for paying $1 a uni for traffic , i have tried that in the past , buying traffic from inside pay area`s of niche sites, pop -up`s ect.. and it didnt seem to make a difference and really it wasnt worth it , i had 4k out of my pocket only to profit 2k over that.
