Further to previous communications, I am pleased to confirm that payments for the first period on the new platform have today been sent out.

Some new system teething issues not only delayed this payment run but also caused us to abandon our original plan of making the first payout a 3 day period covering sales from 1st to 3rd November and so instead we have processed payouts for the period 1st to 7th November. This means that although the payout is a few days later than we had initially intended, on the plus side it will be for a larger sum.

We have also had to revise our ongoing payout schedule changing the "Tuesday to Monday" week that we had previously planned to 4 fixed date periods every month as detailed below.

1st to 7th of the month (7 days) payout report created 8th
8th to 15th of the month (8 days) payout report created 16th
16th to 23rd of the month (8 days) payout report created 24th
24th to last day of month (7 or 8 days (or 5 for Feb) depending on number of days in month) payout report created 1st

These new variable length periods may take a bit of getting used to, but if you produce monthly accounts for your business, we think that you should in time start to like them as unlike with weekly payments there will be no need for adjustment to weeks that span a month end. Payouts will be made around 3 weeks after each period end.

Confirmed payout reports for the first three payment periods of November and any previously unsettled payouts that have already been paid or allocated a payout date can be found in the Payouts section of the reports menu by selecting a custom range of last 3 months with the total of any payouts that we have not yet received the funds drawdown for remaining in the unsettled transactions figure in the reserve report for the time being until such time as they can be moved over.

You will notice that there is an additional column now in the payout report showing an "Estimated Time of Arrival" of the payment to you. This is the maximum time that we would expect even a payment with complicated routing to arrive, not when we expect all payments to arrive. Most merchants should have money in their account much quicker.

We are aware that historically some of our payments that need to pass through correspondent banks have taken longer than they should to arrive at their destination and if your payments are taking longer than 7 working days to arrive after we confirm we have sent them, please let us know and we will work with you to see why that is happening and see what can be done to improve it.

I think I can see where this is going. The new excuse is going to be a problem with transmitting funds to your bank making it slow. This will buy them another 7-14 days.

That is a great idea, I was wondering how I could encourage members to swap over when my us llc & ccbill account is set up (cmon IRS paperwork, swift like the wind *fingers crossed*)

Good idea. Except that you are teaching members how to chargeback. Nothing will stop them from also making a chargeback on you - after they have enjoyed the free 3 month membership at your new processor.
These remaining members basically turn into "extreme high risk" group if equipped with a step-by-step guide on how to fuck any online merchant. :2 cents:

Their support chat is almost always offline lol, it can be hard as hell to talk to a live person there and then it's like talking to a robot.

Since most processors/payment gateways/banks want to see a record of processing history, a record of mass cb's could potentially impede a webmaster's ability to sign up with new payment options down the road. Even if one has a new processor already, what if you decide you want to switch to a different company or add a new option to the cascade?

Yes. Have been paid all i was owed, and a recent payout request was pair in 5 days.

I wasn't owed a lot since I was only an affiliate of two sites that billed with Zombaio, but I did get all I was due and am getting recurring payments.

Still waiting for my payment. They took $10k out of my "reserve/unsettled payouts" about a week and a half ago, but no payment.

The payouts for this month are showing up in payout reports, which are supposed to be sent out later this month.

We'll see how that goes...

As a Canadian, I was able to get my business EIN in about 10 minutes by allowing my Registered Agent to use her own SSN to back it.

Felt the need to throw in my 1 1/2 cents on this...

They have owed us a payout of a few thousand dollars for a few months now. Consistently I am told "it will be another two weeks." After that two weeks is up "probably the end of the month." Repeat indefinitely.

I can't seem to get any real reason as to why it's taking so long. It's frustrating enough that we're looking at switching to ccbill, as well. This just isn't good business (I know you all are already aware, of course; it just feels good to say it).

Not to throw salt on your wound, but the reason you haven't been paid isn't because they haven't gotten the money. It is that your funds are being used to pay someone else, this is how a PONZI scheme works.

Zombaio hopes they can get out of the rear and never have to explain to people about what they used webmasters money on and by the look of things they may be right.:Oh crap

Pretty sad there isn't much more up roar about this

Before you fly off the hook and get all emotional, you might want to carefully consider this whole idea and run the whole thing by a lawyer.

I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice, but it seems to me like this is a bad idea. I don't know if you've ever actually done a chargeback yourself or not but it's not as simple as "I just want to charge this back". In order for it to be quick and easy, without having to go through an "investigation" by the card company, the reason for a charge back has to be pretty straight forward; Card used without permission, Goods not received, etc.

If your customers call up their bank and say "Yes I'd like to charge back this purchase because the business I purchased the product from told me to because they're having trouble getting paid by their merchant account", there's very little chance it's going to be simple. At BEST the customer will have to submit their statement and it will be reviewed by the bank, a process that takes a little while, usually. That's a lot of hassle for a customer to go through and there's a good chance it still won't work in the end because from the customer's point of view, they did buy it, they did get it, no problem.

So the only way for it go easy with the bank is if the customer says they did not make the charge. The problem here is that this is fraud. Again, USUALLY you can get away with this and especially with high risk stuff the bank will just believe you up front. That's different than ADVISING people to do that though.

If you're going to try and "punish" Zombaio, at even the slightest possibility of expense or liability to your own business, you're a fool. :2 cents:

Just got a LOT of money that was stuck at Zombaio and Redpass as well. Already thought everything is lost, but they started paying out the old payments from Zombaio and processing wire transfers from Redpass. Funds on associated MC are visible again, money can be loaded and spent. It was really scary, but looks like they have resolved most of the issues. Soooo, CHILL guys!! Don't get upset! The only thing I am still missing is their incredible 4.9% processing fee :) No other company was even near with %, have to admit that.

And fuck Hollywood... THIS was the ultimate adventure, drama, comedy, illusion, confusion, excitement, deep thoughts, insomnia, fear, adrenalin... and HAPPY ENDING!!! Best of all, it was for real, not a movie! What else do you want from a billing company, no wait... from life in general?? All the best to CCBill, but they are boring and won't see my money, I'm going to stay with these crazy dudes. Beside, we're not building Space Shuttles here. With all respect to everyone (and especially to amounts), it's just the money earned by cheating suckers to pay for porn which is already free all over the Internet. So I say: let's get life elsewhere and have fun here. If it pays off - great; if things goes the wrong way - it's not the end of the World.
