Looking for a designer to a datingsite
 

One of my client needs a new dating site

facts
1 - its a paysite
2 - Members buy "stamps" to send messages, view photos
3 - there should be a "translater" module, where members send a message to a "service" where somebody sits and translates it (dont like the software translations)
4 - Webmaster get 50% up front - the rest when my client Accepts the site
5 - There should be a affiliate program.
6 - Webmaster get 5% of whatever the sites makes, as long as he is the webmaster

Do you need a designer or someone to build the whole site and run it? I can create the design but I may not have the time to build the site or run it.

build the site from scratch - and maby run it on - depending on what you cost

Then you need more than a desginer, you need someone who can code that. I could but I dont have the time, and I really dont enjoy it as much as creating the design. If you dont find a guy to do it all, I can do the design.
