what is this with yahoo and msn groups, does people get traffic from it? how does it work?

I have yahoo groups and some forgotten msn groups - I still make money from them even though I haven't touched some in years. I now only have a couple of active yahoo groups.
Since yahoo closed the yahoo clubs down, I put up a adult yahoo groups toplist: http://yahoo.playfulgirls.com/groups/

Not sure why the other posters advice you against it but I do well with my yahoo groups and haven't had any problems and would recommend it to anyone :)
