I assume you don't currently attend anything that would require studying. When I start to read on something unintresting, it's always 10 minutes and I'm asleep. :)

I always pass right out after good sex..

Try 15-30 minute exercise/cardio and a warm bath after. You'd sleep like a baby.

I do my cardio in the mornings before breakfast. Works better for me that way.

Now Zebra's sex idea.... hmmm.. but I'd have to have a willing partner.
