So who here has gone to the Cannabis Cup in Amsterdam before? Was it cool or so-so? Non-stop smoke city killer fun or waste of time and money? And, most important of all: can you smoke some killer ganja there?

NOT the shitty tumbled crap the coffeeshops sell to us dumbass tourists (weakest shit I've ever smoked, and I smoke a lot of ONLY the best bud) but real actual amazing mind-blowing weed.

So is the Cannabis Cup worth it or lame? :helpme

did not amsterdam ban foreigners from the pot shops? thought i read something about that a while back.

They have that canal skating once in a while (when weather is suitable), so it depends. Although I am wrong man to answer to this, in so many ways. Look how happy my squirrel is in his cozy snow hole, just blazing machine gun to warm him.

Been twice in the early days of it. Ok but you won't find anything better than what you taste locally if you have half a taste for the finest of the fine. It is more like a convention for weed really and you can find shops that are not on the tour of participating shops that have better product.

After a day or so I found myself being way more interested in getting to the museums and seeing so many masterworks originals - that ended up being what blew my mind.

Then of course there was the red light...

But that is another story.

I only remember the canals frozen over thick enough to skate on them once, and that was in January. That was a stupidly cold year though (20f).
