I don't like either party so this is not a partisan thing.

One thing I learned living in San Antonio, oil is and always will be part of Texas politics. Even the Dallas Cowboys are run with oil money.

Agreed. I'm sure there are people that bite their tongues when they vote for Pelosi or Reed. But they bring money and power to their constitutes. Are you gonna vote for the no-name guy that is gonna have to fight his way up the food chain? Or, are you gonna vote for the guy with the power to bring federal dollars for your local construction projects?

because politicians are all in a little circle jerk world where new people who really want to make a difference are banned from, or bought so that they also abide by the same agenda as anyone else (dollar is #1 people #73429823 - keeping fed in business - make decisions only for financial gain of big corporations).
