Anyone else get the iphone 6plus and have buyers remorse?
I just got the 6plus today and I love the screen res but its too heavy and big to use it with one hand. you cant really type with 1 hand on it. Im thinking of returning it and just getting the 6.
Anyone else get the 6plus and think its too big or did you get used to it? I dont want a phone I need 2 hands for, id rather have a smaller phone and use an ipad for bigger screen. |
To be honest I thought the regular 6 was too big also and just kept my 4.

I purchased it without seeing it first. It arrived and it was huge no doubt about it. At first it was too much. Give it a week and you will be fine and happy with it.

I love mine. But I never used just one hand to type anyway.
I havent touched my ipad since I got my new phone. |
it's a 2-handed device, they should advertise that more.
I have a g3, it's the same, I knew that going in and wanted it. Try it with an open mind, use both hands with it and see if you like it. |

Only girls complain it's too big.

I have big hands and long fingers and when I was testing one out a couple of weeks ago, I too was concerned that it was too big. I wanted to put it in my front pant pocket and walk around with it but decided against that idea.
But then I tried typing with 2 thumbs as I usually do on my iPhone 5 and found it comfortable. I turned it to landscape mode and found it just as comfy too. I played with the regular iPhone 6 for a while too in the same way and here's what I came back with: The iPhone 6S is great to use for email and text and surfing and movies. The bigger screen is fantastic. It is like an iPad or iPad Mini, that fits in your pocket. The iPhone 6 is great to use for all of the above too. The smaller screen means maybe somethings are just a little harder to see, but thats it. It fits in your pocket easier. I think the best way to shop for one of these is to think about it like this: The 6 gives you a bigger screen than your 5, so if you want a bigger screen, the 6 is the way to go, and still have it fit into your pocket. It looks and feels like a phone. The iPhone6s is for people want a smaller iPad. You get all the power in a pocket-sized device plus the added benefit of it having a phone. I don't plan to buy either until next spring or unless I drop my iPhone 5 but when I do I will probably just for for the 6 and not the 6s. |
I have a Galaxy S5 and it's huge. Took some getting used to. To be honest with you, I hated how small phones had become. When I am holding a phone to my ear I want to hold something, not this little tiny thing. After getting used to the size it's just like using any other phone.

If you are coming from a smaller phone the 6+ must seem huge. I was using an Android phone with the same size screen before so it's fine for me. The regular 6 is too small and the display is not good enough in my opinion.
The 6+ has amazing battery life, the way I use it I could get away with charging it once a week. |

I have the g3, fits perfectly in my pocket and i don't feel it's too big. In fact, i feel it's perfect. Much better then my old s3 for emailing and stuff.
They'd let you just up and return your now used iphone 6 plus to the store just like that? |

I haven't pulled the trigger yet as can't decide but very soon 5S will be upgraded with one of them. |

And yes, all carriers in the US have a 30 day return policy. Don't like your phone within that window, get a new one. |
