What is your prediction

...will the Republicans take control of the Senate in the coming election?

nico-t 10-29-2014 03:25 PM

My serious prediction? The democrats and republicans will cooperate with eachother in a big orgy, where their wrinkly nude bodies are smeared in pigshit, bashing eachothers sphincters while chanting "we are the world".

In other words, it doesnt matter what the fuck happens.

Politics? Moar fishing and mountain lion hunting plz.

Pigshit...since you are not an American of course it does not matter to you but of course it matters to concerned Americans.

It's just two sides of the same coin. It really does not matter.

Of course it matters...if the Republicans take the Senate it will leave the President impotent for his last two years in office...unless he decides to approve Republican bills...which is unlikely. He may choose to attempt to use executive orders but he is already being sued for the use of some of his executive orders as being unconstitutional. Which in my opinion the ones in question are unconstitutional...but the Supreme Court is the decider...not I.

nico-t 10-29-2014 03:42 PM

o my god then there will be another president? Wow that will change so much! :1orglaugh

Well, if the bulls win the pennant I'll watch basketball with you. Light touching is acceptable.

Anyone care to make a prediction?

kane 10-29-2014 05:23 PM

I'm actually predicting a tie which means the democrats will still control the senate because of the VP.

At the moment there are 6 races that are too close call and the polls have either as ties or within a few points of each other. Obviously either party could sweep all those states and end up with 52-53 seats, but I think those states will likely split. A tie would add the insanity that already is Washington.

A real mess will be if it comes down to Georgia because neither candidate is likely going to get enough votes so no matter who wins we will likely see a runoff election to be help Jan 6th. If control of the senate comes down to who wins Georgia both parties will pull out all the stops for those two months in order to get every possible vote.

bronco67 10-29-2014 05:27 PM

It looks like the Republicans are going to take it if you look at polling....

But there's a always a few wild cards that can't be predicted, and the younger democratic voters are probably excluded from the polling because they're not reachable by land line.............so that may also be a variable not figured into current predictions.

Is not this the case with at least one other state...a run off vote...or am I mistaken?

I predict that there will be a lot of speeches aimed at dumb fucks like you who think they have any say or power in how their lives are controlled by bullshit elections.

Those speeches will be full of rhetoric and a lot of scary talk about homeland security...Ebola...ISIS...abortion...the war on drugs...immigration and every other fucking useless topic they discuss in order to deflect attention from any real problems such as the USA going down the drain in the world economy and how the banks continue to profit and steal money from the average tax payer.

In the end there will be a show and someone will be elected and it's business as usual in the fucked up USA.

How's that for a prediction?

If I was an american voter I would definitely vote for the one that was the most pro ebola.

I agree that it has already been decided...as I am satisfied that the minds of those that are going to vote...are already made up Since I have never heard of a national election being determined by one vote...I am satisfied that my vote will not be the deciding vote.

It may be the case. I am only aware of Georgia, but there could be another.
