Bump for more answers, we were debating on whether to create more FHGs or not, seems like not too many using them compared to 5 years ago.

Affiliates like the surfer to get cookied as he opens the gallery, rather than if he decides to click on a banner in the gallery :2 cents:

I grab them, download the images, create the post and put a banner to the programs page.

I still use galleries to make blog posts. Makes life easier. Very important tool for any affiliate program.
