Paxum What THE fuck!?
 
So, they yanked my renewal $ out over a month ago.... said that my new card was shipped on September 29th. Meanwhile my fucking card is expired.

Its still not here. I messaged them around Oct 15th asking about it, they told me to wait a week. I messaged them again today, here is the ridiculous response.

Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the post office and, since your card has been shipped on 2014-09-29, we can assume it has been lost. In this situation, we can issue a replacement Paxum MasterCard for a $7 fee.

blah blah blah yadda yadda.

I LOVE Paxum but why does it take so long to get a card??!

They're charging you a replacement fee for a card they already took money out for and you didn't get? They should eat the $7 and send you a replacement ASAP :2 cents: I don't get any charges for my Paypal card.

Don't worry, Ruth and Chris will be along shortly to promise to fix the problem and subtly suggest that you didn't get your card because of something you did wrong rather than admit their company's numerous and significant shortcomings.

I never had any problems with getting my card, all in 2 week frame
