best quality is usually 128kbit/sec, do the math

Also the amount of users connected.

That's a good question, I've been listening from the office quite a bit and paying by the gig... hmmm, i should really consider the bill I'll get!

128000 bits = 16000 bytes per second
16000 bytes per second = 16 kb/s
16 kb/s = 960 kb/m
960 kb/m = 57600 kb/h


57.6 megs for an hour at 128 kbps? does that make sense? not as bad as i thought!
