Internet cafes have blocks on most content, especially adult

There are lots of ways your websites could get hacked. If you were hacked a few weeks ago there is a chance the hacker left a backdoor file.

If you can FTP to your site (or your tech) look at the last modified dates of the files. Any recently added or modified files could possibly have code injected in them.

if you site is big then allow only image files for banners and links , dont allow codes .,

Malware warning can go off for a few reasons one reason is you could be using a 3rd party trade script and since you don't use anything on your pc you had never seen it. Unless you can see the coding chances are nothing has changed and you just noticed it because they had software insalled.
