I see models all the time on Twitter telling their fans that they do custom videos. I've never inquired but you may want to hit them up if you have a girl in mind. I wouldn't expect the quality to be very good since most of them don't have a clue about how to shoot quality video but the quality may be good enough for your needs.

Otherwise, this may be something that you want to discuss with producers to see if they can shoot one of these for you while they're shooting a girl for another client. They can piggy-back your project onto another clients project and make you a decent deal on it.

Sure they will sell to fans but most don't want to do it as content. That being said, I pay girls here in Las Vegas $100 per hour for that type stuff.

And I agree with Dean...most of the girls wouldn't have any good, pro, or even pro-am equipment to shoot with...so having someone shoot them for you that does, would be worth the bit of extra $.
