Zuckerberg Fights Eboooooolah With $25m
http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2014-1...ght-ebola.html
Zuckerberg is like SUPERMAN........ "Im Superman" (said in American accent) :1orglaugh |
Great idea - and the CDC could really use it considering all the cuts they've had to put up with over the past few years...
|
if only we could fight against zuckerberg's hell
|
He had better donate some money or his user base could dwindle down to ... ZERO
Imagine him not being able to market Candy Crush and Bingo Blitz... to ANYBODY |
The UN said today that at the current rate of infection, if something isn't done now to slow it down, by December of this year they expect 10,000 new cases PER WEEK.
I don't know if that is fear mongering or the real deal, but if that is only 1/2 true, at that rate, that shit is coming to your neighborhood sometime in 2015, no matter where you live. |

This is money that would have had to go in taxes, now the CDC will pay him back with ads on Facebook for their Ebola propaganda :2 cents:
What a lovely guy he is! :upsidedow |
Donation is cool. They should probably double check the fine print for alterations to the privacy policy though. :warning

Great, now half of GFY is trying to figure out how to create and launch a pandemic to get access to the next 25M in funding as a result...

Dear Mr. Zuckerberg,
You may be CEO - but I'm Ebola, bitch. Yours truly, Ebola Monster |
They have cried wolf too many times in the US. Bird flu and swine flu were supposed to ravage through the nation. I think there was also something involving cows at some point.
If you want to make people really take notice of ebola in the US then it's in the dogs. Researchers don't know for sure if dogs carry the virus, but they have tested dogs exposed to it and found raised antibodies related to the virus. Transmission risk of dog to human is unkown. If it turns out that dogs can transmit it, we are going to see local officials going into homes of the infected and killing their dogs and possibly any dog that they came into contact with. |

you think we cant stop flights and boats from africa and keeps the usa safe ?
there is no way there will be any kind of outbreak here that matters. a handful of people dying in the usa is nothing. Quote:

Well that sure is a lot more then other people did but at the same time with the extreme media coverage on ebola this could boost Fb shares once the news starts getting out there
