I remember a website where you would ask a question and people would answer and you would pay for the best answer or something like that.
Anyone know what website does that?

Best to start by searching stackoverflow.com, then you might post your questions there (don't hold your breath though, they might get down voted or go unanswered), and then give fiverr a try.

why not just post it here?

I was looking for similar service but was not able to find anything.
Assignmeexpert looks close to that but cant tell without trying it does it work or not.
For me,ideally would be to have someone who is better expert on "subscription" model,let say 100$ monthly where i could ask any kind of questions.
