To be considered an active merchant as at 1st November, you must

[a] send new sales during October 2014 AND
[B] have Zombaio listed as a primary biller

Wonder how long they expect people to leave them as primary to maintain their active account status.

Basically send us new sales in October or else you are fucked and we will use your rebill money to pay those that do send us sales, and maybe eventually maybe we will pay you (P.S. thanks for the loan..lol)

Even those that do send sales in Oct, won't get paid til or around Nov 24 and if you use Redpass, there is an additional delay.....God Damn talking about fucking people over :Oh crap

This is from same mothafuckers who just a few weeks ago promised historic arrears catch up! On Oct 1.

We had Zombaio as primary in March with 98.7% share in total income. In April we have changed it to CCBill and now Zombaio's share is around 37%. Still a lot but at least we can deal with it. They pay, but the Invoice due dates usually are still unpredictable. This is the main problem for us.

I dont think anyone in his right mind is sending any money their way but we have several pending payouts and active rebills. This ponzi scheme is over but it is not easy to lose $xxxx and walk away

I called this shit back in July. They are only working with sites that are active and bringing in fresh funds. Accounts that have turned Zombaio off and are just collecting rebills or past due balances are fucked.

What pisses me off is the email states they will be up to date, but haven't fixed the redpass problems. So basically nothing has changed. My account is current, because I'm still processing with them, so I know they are trying.

Weirdly, I didn't get that email. Did other people receive it? I would make Zombaio primary again in some place AFTER they prove themselves by getting caught up and staying caught up for a while. It is breach of contract for them to try to change the % on existing business where the johns have already been sent via their system.

Finally somebody willing to fight for what is right and not be screwed over and extorted by Zombaio.

We've already canceled all of our active rebills, and refunded those we could (they only allow you to refund the amount in your current balance).

Enough is enough, good riddance.

Sorry this is exactly to little to late . vdb has it right stop all rebills now , the only solution .This petition just buys them more time and gives them all the money they want . They are already keeping all rebills and all reserves .

No it is not .... just one or two stopping here and there is not much effect... but one big mass exiting all at once will close the doors for sure--- we know they are reading... Dear zombaio, Most of your merchants want you to survive as much as you want to survive... But we need our pay now. MOST of us are single individuals subsidizing our family incomes not big companies that can just file BK and rename ourselves... Most will stay with you if you start to pay what you can I'm sure. Give a better effort not threaten with higher% or penalties for people that do not have you first in payment options. Pay us or Give us our rebills for migration so we can feed our families. ....to merchant, we must come together and cut them off if we are not paid by Nov 1, Some will be greatly hurt more than others. BUT TO HAVE THEM TO CONTINE TO COLLECT OUR REBILLS AND NOT PAY US IS LIKE SLAVERY OR some extreme tax. We must cut our losses and move on. WE have to make them feel a greater pain than ours. John Cavebring and the rest of the crooks at Zombaio will continue to laugh all the way to the bank. If people really want to "fight for what is right" I suggest that you all report Zombaio to the proper authorities in your country for their crimes.

Enough laws have already been broken, and there is more than enough of "legal ammunition" to use. But it seems nobody wants to take the legal route to chase Zombaio. Why not?

Zombaio, the name itself, sounded legit for all their victims... errr... clients. Would you still use a company named Zombaio? Or Zoombyo? Or Zumboyo?

a petition does a lot. So sign it... it is a voice. And who the fuck is going to spend the next 5 years chasing them in court... Maybe one of the big guys making 10 of 1000s a month. But us little guys just want our fucking money or export our rebills and if not just complicate their shit until they close down...PLUS This petition is on a site with a better rep and viewership than gyf so it's going to be part of their record when people research them for potential business

This petition does a lot .....It gives them until Nov. 1st to keep collecting all the rebills just like THEY want .If you pull out on Nov.1st yes someone gets the last laugh and it is Zombaio . You have not thought this through ....or have you ? ...hmmm . Your petition is perfect for Zombaio , I don't think they themselves could have came up with a better ploy to keep all the rebills .
