New California sex bill signed. Dangerous App makes RAPE legal.

This is so moronic it's not even funny.

It's one thing that Jerry Brown signed the ‘affirmative consent’ sex assault bill, which simply is a rape prevention tool for college students, noble effort, but that isn't going to stop a wasted drunk college kid from stealing the goods...

Real issue:

The severe problem is the new app called "Good2Go" where 2 students can, thru their smart phones, agree or disagree to have sex with each other. Once both parties agree, names and numbers are exchanged and both parties answer a few questions in regards to their current mental status, if they are drunk or not, etc... simple proof that both people agreed to have sex in a healthy state of mind.

Seriously?

This is now just an app that will allow a man to rape a women legally.

Example: Frat party, everybody having a great time, Tina and Bob wanna hook up. They both turn on their Iphones because they are both morons and sign on to their "Good2Go" app. Both are sober and willing. They both agree to have sex. Now, once in bed, Bob is into rough sex and starts slapping Tina around a bit, not a lot, just enough to scare her. She then says NO!!!! NO SEX!! But, good ole Bob already has her approval for sex in his Iphone and in the app as evidence, so he RAPES THE FUCK OUT OF HER. She later runs to the police and Bob pulls out his Iphone and says, "She's full of shit, I have her consent." It goes to court and the rape case gets thrown out.

So Bob and the hundreds of other men that will easily figure this out, just want to say, "Thanks Jerry and Thanks Iphone for the new "I can rape you and get away with it" app.

Every person involved with this new bill and the new app is 100% detached from human beings and has no understanding of how life and people work. Sick government assholes. This app is a license to rape and to get away with it.

You guys don't have the lady sign a contract before sex?

NatalieK 10-01-2014 09:38 AM

I would have thought that a woman clicking 'yes it's ok', would not be the definite answer in court. Yes she agreed before undressing, but there must be an obvious liable in the app stating, both parties are not contracted to continue through & the law with rape would still remain.

Marcus Aurelius 10-01-2014 09:44 AM

just take bitch's iphone and click agree

good to go!

A COURT is going to throw out a violent crime over an app setting?

OK. :1orglaugh

Yep, this is what happens in a liberal state, no fucking sense at all!

The app should record people having sex so they have video evidence.

VikingMan 10-01-2014 11:02 AM

I know nothing of this App but in a world where a female can simply run a man's life by making a false allegation some extra precautions are needed such as text messages before and after the sex, witnesses who are in the same house during the sex, etc.

420 10-01-2014 11:07 AM

The app could just make an audio recording for shy people. That way you won't need a designated listener.

XXXBizXXX 10-01-2014 11:55 AM

another challenge for law makers...

PR_Glen 10-01-2014 12:02 PM

people need apps and contracts to get laid now?

Yea, I mean this is soo much different than a conservative state like Texas that denies birth control to students, will not teach them sex ed and changes Slavery in their text books to the Western trade..

Yea makes perfect fucking sense...

I would imagine that if there were physical evidence to back up her claim of being brutally raped the guy would still be charged. The prosecution can simply say, "The app says she consented to having sex with him, not to letting him beat her up and rape her."

That said, the app is pretty dumb, I can't imagine people actually using this.

Are you kidding?? It is very hard to prove rape. When it's a "toss up" and the man has an agreement for sex from the woman, that will throw a case with a jury every time.

well your hyopthetical states the man starts slapping the woman around, & not only rapes her, but rapes "the fuck" out of her, & in does so IN ALL CAPS. That hardly sounds like that would be a toss up to a judge jury or a DA.

whatever. district attornies & judges are not throwing a beaten woman out of a court cause a stupid app says yes on it.

Crazy!!

I am of two minds about it.

I have a daughter and I do feel that women do get forced into rape situations where they can't get out of and are shamed to not report it.

But as a man and the fact that I shoot crazy vindictive bitches for a living, I think its really fucked up that a woman can use the "RAPE" accusation to fuck a mans life up because she feels he isn't treating her the way she thinks she should be treated.

Things that I have do done in the past to mitigate my possibilities of getting into unnecessary false rape situations are as follows: I never slept with a woman and never her called her the next day. I never not returned girls calls and messages. I never lied to women about them being the only one.

When you lie to them, ohhh man! My buddy had his car burned to the ground in his parking garage because he got caught in another serious relationship by the girl he was dating.

Not calling them back will seriously piss any woman off. You call them back, and answer their calls, you will be fine. Just be busy all of the if you don't want to see them again. But then again, if you never want to hook up with them again, maybe you shouldn't have hooked u with them in the 1st place. Just a thought.

All of the above worked well for me when I was seeing a bunch of different girls at the same time.

Now as for my daughter: If I do my job as a father, hopefully she will not be in those situations. And if she is, the Brazilian Jui-Jitsu I teach her today, will help her break arms as easily as breaking boys hearts.

I teach my 4 year old son and my 6 year old daughter how to defend themselves. Teaching them is easy as I taught people BJJ for a living.

Just Dave

Good that someone mentioned this, bunch of inocent men''s lives ruined in case of false rape accusations, yet no enough actions taken to prevent such issues, that of seeing women as default victams understanding suppose to be changed for sure.

klinton 10-02-2014 01:10 PM

1. really drunk people are too wasted to use phones
2. you understimate people's inteligence/common sense

I didn't say he beat her blue. He just got rough and scared her, then she said NO. I used that as an example.

There doesn't even have to be any rough sex... after she electronically commits, in bed, she can change her mind and say NO. And the guy doesn't have to stop because he already got her consent. That is the problem. He can rape her, she cries to the police, he denies it and shows evidence. He claims: "She is just fucking with me, we are having relationship problems." She gets a lawyer, and what do you think 12 jurors will do? Of course somebody on the jury will acquit because this guy had prior electronically documented approval. It's not 100% rape. It is in her mind, but the evidence and his testimony is enough for an acquittal. AND, he can then turn around and sue her for defamation and malicious prosecution.
