My card expires this month, but today it is yet September and I just got an email saying it has expired. Please tell me it will work today on an ATM. I have funds on that card and was expecting to withdraw them today!

Tell me this isn't happening, 1st it take 2 MONTHS to process the new card, it just was shipped yesterday! 2nd it has expired before the end of the month?

Thanks

My card expired today too, last year I had a few bucks there but this time I was more careful, I remember it took quite long to get those funds back. Anyway, I received a new card more than a month ago.

Ok the paxum website shows it expired, I just fund my hosting with $4.95 and it worked, 15 min ago I just withdraw almost all funds from ATM without any problems.

But from the paxum website the card balance is frozen like I never got money from the ATM.

Card is probably working on bank end (card still active, expires tomorrow, mastercard don't block you earlier :) ), it would be nice to see what paxum says...

Did you check your card balance?

pimpware 09-30-2014 08:05 AM

Anybody else got the new card?

I guess it is all sorted out for me, support reply that they will transfer the remain funds to the new card.

In the end I guess the major problem was the lack of communication paxum-client

I got mine like 1.5 months ago but in my Paxum account it still says "Printing" :error

Partly related question, if I understand, expiry date for example 09/2014, this means card it is valid all 09 (september) month, and no more valid from 10/2014 (first day of 10th so 1 October)? And, the new card is issued 1 month before expiry date, so, would be in "printing" since late 08/2014 or early 09/2014? And, there should be a $45 balance in walled on day of printing (1 day before expiry?) to pay the $45 (yearly?) fee like for new card issuing?
