Incarcerated music mogul Phil Spector hasn't spoken for nine months due to painful polyps on his throat, according to reports.

The legendary producer, who was jailed in 2009 for murder, is currently serving his time at the California Health Care Facility in Stockton, California.

Spector's lawyer Chuck Sevilla tells The Mirror, "He was moved within the last year to a new prison hospital in Stockton. He's very frail. I believe he is able to walk, he's lost a lot of weight, he's been unable to speak for nine months due to polyps in his throat, which they [prison officials] keep telling him they're going perform surgery on, which they have not done. That's just one of his many maladies. He's in his seventies, and he was not in the best condition going in."

Don't get me wrong, I admired the guys production skills immensely but fuck man... Some scary shit.

We may never know of his true guilt or innocence.

I think if anyone could ask Ronnie Spector she'd have some input as to his guilt or innocence.
