What is the best way to sign up a bunch of cam girls?
 

Let's say my friend has access to a boatload of girl who need/want to get into the cam business. They will work from home.

How can he sign them up?
Make studio accounts on some of the better programs and feed them hot young models.
They speak English, not perfect but speak English.

Usually a boatload of girls turns into 3 or 4 of which 1 or 2 signup to cam , after working for a hour and not getting any tips or privates they open the chips start snacking and soon fall to sleep ....just saying . I wish I had the statistics of how many girls start webcam work and do not make it 2 weeks . I think you would be amazed .

I guess that is a possibility.
I feel these girls will have more motivation to work hard because of their desire to make money. Anyway, thanks for the bump.

Will do Rob, basically we find ourselves in a position to help some girls make some much needed money. They are all fairly hot. Eager to work.
Will work from home and want to be have the freedom to pick the best cam house possible.

So i am hoping to talk to someone monday during business hours to get this started, or at least get a better understand as to what the cam sponsors are after in terms of gettting girls signed up.

You can open an studio account on cam sites (or master, agent its the same thing) and there you add as many models you want, you get paid twice at month in your payoneer/paxum account and you will make the payments to the models , or you can signup the as independent webcam models and then you must create to each one a separate card etc, and they will get paid directly by sites !
Be careful with what sites you want to start some sites are just not for newbies (like MFC) !

True...90% of the models from our studio asking to work from home end up exactly like that ! It takes a lot of self-discipline to work from home !

With most sites, like iFriends, your friend makes a studio/rep account. Then each of the girls sets up her own account with her own age docs. These accounts get linked to the rep account. On iFriends, the rep can see a listing of all the models working for him and what he's making each week from their sessions. iFriends pays the rep (check, ACH if he's US-based, or Payoneer) for the models who are linked to him, and he would pay the models per their agreement.
