If I were you I'd start looking in to blocking all Paki traffic or redirecting it to AFF networks with hopes they are stupid enough to make first payment and THEN ban your account

Look at our Pakistani GF site called FuckMyPakistaniGF.com We got banners, FHG's and Hosted FLV's as well

I do 1:18452 with FuckMyPakistaniGF (so dont get too happy, that traffic usually is terrible)
and 1:9465 with FuckmyIndianGF

You can't expect very good conversion with Pakistani or Indian traffic. They comes in millions and only few hundred will spend online
