New iPhone/iPad game I have been working on.
 

Thought I would share with some of you old timers and well anyone else interested. We released a new iOS game last week called TouchFish :) I would be curious to know what you guys think.. granted its not an adult game and trust me I have been hit up by everyone here on the board over the last 10 years to work on a nice mobile adult game for them and well im always open to ideas..

anyhow.. just thought I would share..

This is very cute, a mix between acquarium wallpaper and tamagotchi.
Can't be ported on Android easily I guess?

At some point it will come out on various devices, of course since this is graphic hungry it will need some power...

I played it for a few minutes and it is a pretty cool game.. I'll have my daughter get this, this is like things she likes to play. :thumbsup

Thanks its been a long road to push the graphics quality and take some of the 2d fish style games into a 3d world and make it easy enough.. granted nothing is prefect and when you throw a few million people at it they are bound to be issues..

However im happy to say our servers can handle millions of people using our custom stack we built for this game.

We also just opened up our forms for support and to give a place for people to display their screen shots or videos of the game here. If it doesnt work out guess ill have to go back to my old job in the adult industry :) cheers

- mention that the visitors can get it for free.
- get the .com of the game name
- post game screenshots here :)

Congrats. Want to really clean up make something like that for younger kids. Use a farm or city etc and make simple spelling things so the kids learn. Do one in math as well.

Parents are always looking for things like that so the kids play and learn at the same time.

Im curious:

How long did it take to make?

After it was made, how long did it take to get onto the app store?

And is it making money enough to justify your time spent on it?

Thanks, we also got listed on thew newest games but not sure how long apple keeps those listing so we could drop any time now.. now on to working on getting app traffic to our site and apple....

.com was taken ages ago before we went into this venture, we have the TM for it but well with the current site the guy wants 100k for it so at least for now we are fine with what we have and I specialized in SEO when doing adult so im working on building the rankings.

It took a few years, we had a pretty kick ass early prototype then once that was established we started getting serious about it, it was quite a challenge esp to pull of the graphics and also make sure our servers dont buckle under the pressure.

As far as building our apps , currently quite busy with this one, but things could change at any moment :)

What dev tool are you using for this awesome looking game?
