I've recently been using Brackets: http://brackets.io/ . Available on PC and Mac. I can't compare it to other Mac editors, but I really like it so far.

Coda is the best one.

I just watched the preview video for Coda 2, it looks like Brackets on crack. Very cool. I get my first iMac on the first, I'll give the demo a shot.

You may also want to check out BBEDIT : http://www.barebones.com/products/BBedit/

I use it all the time and its flawless.

I use BBEdit and Coda, but with the various Plugins for Coda I tend to use that a lot more often these days.
