I never read that until now. After all of the issues with Ray Rice, Jameis Winston, and other football players I would think it would remain consistant in all leagues. But it just has to do with cash IMO. People are not lining up to return Hope Solo jersey's, and their league is not worried about advertisers pulling out. @dehash is correct, double standards.
