This is not a self hosted software but rather an online service.

The prices looks okay to get some peace of mind from all the server upgrades, setting up.

I serve my own ads , I am using smart spots from smart scripts.

Why dont you check it out :)

I use AdButler and it does the job. The UI is a bit annoying but most adservers are that way.
