My completely UN-educated guess is no.

I would only focus on bitcoins. U don't see any companies, business or anything working on implementing payments with anything but bitcoins, so why would someone go for ape, doge, etc ete

It's discrimination against the monkeys "This Account Has Been Suspended"

DDuckworth 09-15-2014 02:36 AM

Bitcoins are where it's at! :D

I'm not seeing Apecoins traded on cryptsy, so I doubt it, unless you mean ApexCoins, they are still worth hardly anyting.

Black swan events.

You can make pennies mining bitcoins, or dollars mining (carefully chosen) alts.

I just looked at my apecoind daemon, zero connections (for the past several months), but once I deleted the blockchain and restarted it seems to have found some peers. I guess I was on a fork.

Did any exchange ever list this coin? Don't recall ever seeing it.

You can have fun checking for some other coins here:

http://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/views/all/

For ex:
http://www.wankcoin.com/ (market cap $213k, daily move $4k)
http://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/wankcoin/

http://www.titcoins.biz/ (market cap $59k, daily move $41k)
http://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/titcoin/

http://ripoffcoin.com/ <- honest name (market cap $7k, daily move $0)
http://www.failcoin.co.uk/ <- also honest name (market cap $3k, daily move $148)
..

apecoin not listed, guess is dead or considered so

AllAboutCams 09-15-2014 06:32 AM

Reddcoin is something to watch and as always bitcoin

Payza 09-15-2014 07:39 AM

Has anyone here looked at Stellar? Was making some noise for a couple of weeks but seems to have died down now, moved up to #16 on http://coinmarketcap.com/ pretty fast though
