Iraq.. my 2 cents
Well everyone seems to be talking about iraq lately. The arguments about weapons and the french. Its all pushing what i find is the real and good reason for invading iraq... thats the people. We should be saying lets get rid of Sadam because he tortures and kills his own people. He is a dictator and we should remouve him from power . After all he has killed 100 000's of people and is in my mind a modern day hitler without the jews. I am convinced that if the US had pushed to invade iraq over this point insted of the weapons then we would all have agred to do it.
Its true allot of people could die in a war but it cant be more then the people that have died already under this dictator. Well my 2cents and thats just about what its worth i know i wont change anyones mind but maybe we can atlest all say that the world will be better when Sadam is gone. |
i should have made this a poll about why the US should go to war or even if it should :(

I think Bill Clinton was one of America's greatest presidents in a long time.
"During the administration of William Jefferson Clinton, the U.S. enjoyed more peace and economic well being than at any time in its history. He was the first Democratic president since Franklin D. Roosevelt to win a second term. He could point to the lowest unemployment rate in modern times, the lowest inflation in 30 years, the highest home ownership in the country's history, dropping crime rates in many places, and reduced welfare roles. He proposed the first balanced budget in decades and achieved a budget surplus. As part of a plan to celebrate the millennium in 2000, Clinton called for a great national initiative to end racial discrimination." "In 1998, as a result of issues surrounding personal indiscretions with a young woman White House intern, Clinton was the second U.S. president to be impeached by the House of Representatives. He was tried in the Senate and found not guilty of the charges brought against him. He apologized to the nation for his actions and continued to have unprecedented popular approval ratings for his job as president." http://www.whitehouse.gov/history/presidents/ |
Umm nope, they couldn't make war with another nation just cause they didn't like the leader. If they could then the USA would have the right to invade basicly every damn Middle east country, and most of Africa or the 3rd world countrys cause there all run by mindless thieves.
They had to make it out that IRAQ was a threat to the USA and therefore they can justify USA soldiers dieing overseas for a cause that protects and is in the nations best interest. |
Waaaaaaahhhh!! The fwwwwwwench don't wwwwwike us!
