CCBILL raw vs unique clicks

CCBILL stats shows for me that from raw clicks only about 30 % are unique. Other programs show very different numbers, the unique amount being something like 80-90 % from all clicks. What could be the explanation? This is very weird.

Am I getting screwed in here?

They could update their statistics later than other programs. Not 100% sure but I know that some programs have almost instant stats and others are way behind. I have heard good things about Ccbill

These stats are from the last month or so. So, I think that they have had enough time to update the stats, so it can't be that.

Either other program's tracking is not that good and or people click like crazy the CCBILL links, but if they do, that doesn't show in my Analytics stats. I am more like suspecting cookie stuffing or something. I really would like to have some clarity to this issue.
