That's pretty good news. For Japan as well. Putin is coming in November to discuss among whatever else, the real possibility of making a train service that begins in Japan and goes all the way through Russia and eventually on to London. :thumbsup

Sure. Why not serious? Putin has been trying to convince Abe to discuss this. Abe seems to be interested. Maybe they will make an announcement in November/December. It is part of Russia and Japan's interest to monetize the region and increase trade.
