Anyone here a CUSTOMER of CHOOPA hosting
 
Need your feedback re the following issues:

uptime

customer support re billing

customer support re setting up servers

customer support re reboot or server software patching

turnaround time for support


I'm seriously considering them for an upcoming project.

So you're a current customer? how many GBs do you use a month? How's follow up service?

Actually I met them in Vegas.
They are good people.

Seems like they have some pretty smart people workin for em.

I have an external service that checks for uptime every week. And it has always been 100%

Dynamite, one of the best and cheapest hosts I have ever used.

Very quick turn around time.

Never had many problems but there guys are always online and very good when it comes to fixing problems quickly

Usually they get back to me in minutes, I have about 3 of them on my ICQ and Dave's personal home and cell phone number. Never had to use them. :)


I've been with Dave for far over a year and they have been amazing. I have sent almost all my friends over to Choopa.

You can't go wrong with them. :thumbsup

I've known Dave for 2.5 years and Choopa's always been solid. I use lots and lots of GB with them. :glugglug

Other then a couple small problems like 30 min or so of downtime due to a bad router a couple times they have been great. I recommend them.

choopa has been good for us. very fast connection, good price. have a couple dedicated boxes there.

have had zero downtime so far.

Met them in vegas also. They were busy playing insane blackjack. (Insane in the sense of.. hitting on 20, staying on 7. The dealer at one point called a manager over about a debate on whether or not they could allow him to hit on a blackjack.) Remember me, Choopa? :)
