Chaturbate shady?
 

So I started out in this biz generating leads for Chaturbate a year and a half ago. I did fairly well with their PPL program making a few thousand $ a month for the first couple of months.

I then switched to CrakRevenue to continue my success and have been with them ever since.

I've always liked Chaturbate and how easy it was to generate leads and direct depost with them is awesome (which CrakRevenue doesn't have)

My methods of promotion have been dying down and I haven't been making near as much as I did in the past and I'm ok with that.. I just need to adjust and adapt.

So I started back with Chaturbate a couple months ago and have been doing ok. Generating 500 to 900 leads.

Well out of nowhere they email me saying my traffic quality is bad and that my traffic isn't converting to paid customers so they switched me from the PPL program to RevShare.

So after I got about 10 leads (which were now on RevShare) I switched back to CrakRevenue.

It's been a couple of weeks now so I figured I'd just check my stats on Chaturbate for the heck of it knowing I wouldn't make any money or anything.. well out of those 10 leads I got one of them actually spent money so I made money from them..

To me that sounds like good quality. 1 out of 10 of my leads spent money and I'm sure that person will spend more in the future.

So just curious why Chaturbate thinks my traffic is bad and not converting? 1 out of 10 sounds great considering they are only paying us $1 per lead when other companies pay at least $2.50+

Probably they are trying to get rid of PPL for the old affiliates also, the new ones don t receive the PPL option like on the old times.

PPL was a productive system that boost their traffic at the beginning, they may not need it anymore.

Or the other variant, they don t think that 1 out of 10 leads that started to spend money, at least from now on, is productive enough. They may have other measurements regarding quality like 3-4 out 10 leads should spend money, who knows...

There is no need to struggle your mind for why they did it, nobody can ever tell best besides themselves and you know you very well that they will not give you any solid explanation for their action, they will just copy paste the standard lines. Just move on :2 cents:

Maybe you could have made more with RevShare. Maybe you could have gotten a few whales out of those $1 PPL sign ups.

You could always make a new acount with chaturbate or rotate a few accounts to keep your ratios higher

If you believe your traffic is good, then why would you sell it for 1$? Do RevShare.
If your traffic is good and Chaturbate can get revenue and pay you just 1$ why would they say "nah, we don't want your good traffic, go Revshare"?

1 out of 10 is more than perfect conversion spec with free cams (does this happens consistently? its not great only if ur traffic spend lowest package and never rebill.
