Huffington Post hires 9/11 truther to cover national security
 

Let's hope more news outlets follow suit

"The Huffington Post's Washington bureau has hired professional football player and 9/11 truther Donte Stallworth as a fellow, covering national security.

Stallworth, a wide receiver in the NFL since 2002, is currently an unsigned free agent and has not played in any games since 2012. As a 9/11 truther, he has publicly stated that Osama bin Laden was not responsible for the attacks and that the Pentagon was not hit by a plane.

"NO WAY 9/11 was carried out by 'dying' Bin Laden, 19 men who couldn't fly a damn kite. STILL have NO EVIDENCE Osama was connected, like Iraq," Stallworth tweeted in 2009. Stallworth also tweeted, "Gggrrrrrrrrrrrrr @ ppl who actually believe a plane hit the pentagon on 9/11... hole woulda been ASTRONOMICALLY bigger, God bless lost lives."

In a statement Wednesday, Huffington Post Washington bureau chief Ryan Grim said Stallworth "has a quick mind, an insatiable curiosity and a passion for politics ? the necessary qualities of a great journalist."

Stallworth played college football at the University of Tennessee and was drafted by the New Orleans Saints in 2002. Over the next 10 years, he would play for the Philadelphia Eagles, the New England Patriots, the Cleveland Browns, the Baltimore Ravens and the Washington Redskins."

Well it's not like Huffinton Post or Politico were worth while news sources in the first places.. They are both as bad or worse than Fox News..

So they hired a unsigned (Unemployed) former professional football player that could not find a team that would keep him.

He is so open minded he publicly condemns people who disagree with him about 9/11 on social media.

I wonder what his religious orientation might be.

I, also, wonder how he is so sure that Bin Laden had nothing to do with it. Is he withholding some evidence vital to national security.

Why is this so important?

If these type of people write the news then the news will be rather different

Hopefully he's grown some brain cells since 2009, because those quotes don't make him sound very intelligent. Although on his Twitter, he does say his views have changed since then.

i don't know about HP USA but if its anything like the UK version then it'll be nothing but vile ultra left propaganda, I mean what is the point of having a UK version of a news site when it's put under the control of an editor who has been on record many times hating and being racist to white British people?

Odd that the Huffington Post should be so eager to scream as much from it's own rooftop though.
