How To Pimp Out Webcam Models?
 

My place is pretty big and I was thinking about pimping out new web cam models and making a web cam studio in my place. Is this a good idea and how would I set it up and pay them?

I would put them on Myfreecams and Chaturbate not sure if I could set them up under a master account etc? Any suggestions?

I thought about this myself. But I am based in the US. I don't really want girls coming around the house that can't get their hands on computer, internet connection, and webcam. Seems to be popular in Colombia, Eastern Europe and Russia.

The big question you have to ask yourself is, "What can I offer these girls that they can't get on their own?" I have no idea where you live so maybe getting a computer with a webcam and internet access is not easy where you are. If it is then any girl could do it without you so you will need to be able to offer them something they can't get without you in order for them to start working with you and staying.

First of all you need an trainer who had a lots of experience in webcam modeling to teach them how and what to to , its not that simple like it looks , the technical equipment must be a high class one (good pcs i7, 8-16G Ram, good webcams at least logitech 920 , high class wall decors , good light , etc) , some special softwares , and more other things ! Its not easy at all its a very complicated business and you will start to make profit after an year if you are lucky but in time can be a successful business or it can let you broke ! ofcourse there are a lots of other things involved in this kind of business but I don't have the time to explain them and it can be useless !

In a professional Studio you dont only have the Models.
You also have a full Staff to back up their work:
- Photographers
- Tech Support
- Web Designers
- People who monitor the Models and help increase the sales
- Promoters
- Model trainees
- Etc

It all depends on how professional and at what level the Studio is.

Cam sites pay the 100% to you (pimp / manager / whatever you call yourself), then you hold your % and give the rest to the girls. Is not like a cam site will pay a % to studio and a % to model separately, it pays 100% to someone who registers the model.

I don't know if we will see heavy growth, but some growth. There is no other game in adult besides cams and fuck sites. If you make a decent porn movie, it will be on the tubes pretty quick.

I used to manage studios for years.
It's not that complicated, i really don't think you need a designer and a photographer on 24/7
You have to have good PCs and good equipment, a remote controlled camera, dual monitors for each PC.
Probably the hardest part is to manage the girls, because they tend to go lazy, turn up with no makeup, and hair that looks like sh*t.. models bitch all the time, and they steal occasionally.
So I would say you need a firm studio manager.

My advice would be to hire girl on girl couples, unless you have real first class beautiful kinky babes.
