It was in bad faith because they copied the look style and features of pinterest. If they didn't, I have no doubt they would have won the case as all the other evidence was basically in their favor.

Interesting decision.

Based on the logic provided in the ruling, I think that YouTube would have been able to scoop up YouPorn if they had decided to dispute the domain years ago when it launched.

Which makes me curious, did YouTube ever challenge YouPorn's domain registeration?
