Why Panama and not Costa Rica? We havent spoken on a thread before and I am not sure if you have lived there. I have friends there that love it, and friend that vacation there too. Panama is most likely not as fun. What about Malta and Cypress? I have heard great things about those islands.

FYI - Most hoes aint loyal in general but some are. Those are keepers! lol

Malta is claustrophobic but full of hot crazy girls and Cyprus is full of russians so he will feel bad there..

Panama has some great islands which like every local you'll barely visit. Weather can be rough and it is not as cheap as you may think.

being living in panama for about 12 years, you may find a lot of fun places over there, like bocas del toro, isla grande and many other places and yes as theo says is not cheap to live there.

Not expecting it to be very cheap, hope its comparable to Central Europe in terms of cost of living, cheaper then Austria or Italy.

I never lived there, guess the equatorial sun, humidity can be painful, but hope having AC is not a budget killer.

And it is at least same costs of living as Austria... And depends where in Italy...

Isla grande is nice, but to visit few days not to live and not so safe I would say. Panama City is nice and cool but again you NEED to speak spanish.
Costa Rica is more fun, and much more gringos living there and cheaper with easier girls :)

Panama is a swamp with beaches. Not that porn friendly. Too hot and they are so Americanized that they actually use US dollars as the countries currency! SHIT - THAT alone should tell you everything you need to know dude!

No cheap by any means...of course, one can eat beans and rice anywhere so all depends really. Just not my cup of tea.

I heard there is basically no fast internet in Belize, by fast I mean at least 20 Mb/s, fiber and the slow lines are offered for crazy prices.

Panama is not a great place to live... Its real muggy weather... Traffic is horrible.. The girls that are hot in Panama are Colombian hookers.. Not alot of good restaurants.. It's good for a few days of business and that's it!

I spent 5 years in Costa Rica and have been to Panama a handful of times. Neither are that cheap to live in. You'll find less English amongst regular people in Panama. Almost all the youth in Costa Rica are fluent in English.

If I were you I would stay in Europe, no bull.

I lost my passport in Panama, make sure you have printout and backup of all your documents, that consulate there (and probably all) are SO damn strict. I heard a big market there for US passports (for drugs or black market shit)

I have a place and Cancun and spend pretty much most of the year here.

Costs. Rent from 550$ US for a decent apartment to over 2k for one. Or a house for 1700 to about 2500. Electric bill on either would run about 200 a month unless you are stupid with airconditioners in the house. Fast internet and worth it is about 170$ a month.

Food is Cheap in general 100$ will fill your fridge. Beer and booze over all is cheap. Americanized but not completely.

Hot girls plenty of things to do and beaches.

Gets a cool in the winter but warm most of the year. Can get HOT in the summer but thats what the AC is for.

That's comparable to Central Urop, but $200 for an electric bill? Gotta be running AC 24/7? Internet $170 is 5 times more expensive... but food seems to be cheaper...

belize is your best bet. Stable currency, English language. It has everything you want except fast internet, and you can start that service yourself and become wealthy.
