Tumblr, WTF?
 

Anyone had this problem with saving their theme? I just want to change one number in my theme... I find it on page, change it, then update preview. Looks ok, Then I click save and error message pops up saying only "Woops ;(" with OK button below it. Anyone else experience this? What's the best way to approach tumblr staff for this?

looks like they are doing maintence right now. the person who made your theme is the person to talk too, same with wordpress theme mods

Hm.. OK. Will try tomorrow maybe. But the theme is one of the free themes available. Blog is several years old...

They have a help section and also report status on tumblr.

If you need to contact tumblr directly and it is adult related make sure the blog is set to nsfw beforehand and be polite. They have been pretty reasonable to deal with from my pov.

If this problem keeps happening, you can contact their support. They are usually very quick, and they responded most of my questions within 48 hours. As Captain Kawaii said, set your blog to NSFW and be polite, you will get your questions addressed in a timely manner.
