    I need a bank account

    created a legal company in europe...the bank of my business partner sent a negative bank reference to the bank where we want to open an account...so the bank denied...pfff fuck the bank, but where could I open an account now?

    offshore not offshore, doesn't matter, I need a fucking bank account

      You should have had the bank send you the letter for you to fwd.

      If you just need an account / any account why not talk to your local bank.

      That said I have sent this to someone that can help you.. I'll assume you have contact details on your site.

                  So, open a bank account. What's the problem? There are shitloads of banks in Europe and just opening bank account is not a big deal. Usually you can open a bank account even if you would be the king of bad credits, or some sort of mega criminal. Just don't suppose to have any credit then, but if it's just a bank account, no problem.

                  And how some bank of your business partner sends anything about you? What's the situation? In to what country you did establish the company? Into what country you want to have the bank account to be established? Does it matter? Usually the company and the bank are in the same country (some bank office in that country).

                              the bank doesn't send it to me or him, they said its not allowed and he didn't know that it was negative, he doesn't use any credit cards...balance is always over 0

                                  the company is registered on Malta and we tried a bank account there, we sent them the company shares, so they see that we have all the money for the company and filled a lot of papers, sent passports and so on...then they said one bank reference is negative yikes....

Switzerland probably doesn't like Germans because German and other governments too have been busting Swiss asses about German clients tax avoiding. I hope that is not your intention?

                                                      as long you don't bring serious $$$ mostly no swiss bank will host you.

                                                      go with a bank from eastern europe in case germany for whatever reason not possible. and if the reason is probably "tax" avoid any bank from EU.

                                                          Hire a company to manage it. They open the companies, set up the accounts, move the money around etc.

                                                              Yeah, criminals like mafia often uses their wives, aunts or whatever, and on paper they ow little. Although if your aunt decides "Fuck you", then you can't do shit, other than break legs, as you have no legal control to the property you don't own. It's the aunt's money.

                                                                  Yes, that is correct for resident persons. It's different for companies. Many banks ask for minimum deposits and bank reference. But I agree it should be no problem when walking into a bank as a real person. Always a bad idea to open bank account by mail.
