I haven't seen it yet...but from what I know about it, they're trying to show a world that's so fucked up a guy will go on killing spree to get a crappy little car back.

Fact is you wont guess its about anything fictional, looks like a Mexica / Arizona based bad ass situation . . .

A bit slow and not much besides a guy killing spree and some half wit getting stockholm syndrome towards him. That is pretty much it.

Good movie, pretty slow and not much plot, but great acting and very dark. Loved the ending!

Plot is overrated. Full metal Jacket didn't have a plot. But isn't "guy goes on a killing spree looking for his stolen car" enough of a plot?

I'm going to see it this weekend.

I've seen it and it is brutal as hell.
Very intense and the plot makes you feel the characted.
Pearce nailed it, the Twilight guy did awesome.

You need to watch it.

Just watched it through Amazon.

In the very last shot of the movie, it all made sense. I won't give away the ending, but overall it's just about being in a world that sucks balls, and finding one thing to really care about. Once you see why he wanted his car back so badly, it makes you think about everything you just watched.

Really good movie, but don't go in thinking it's going to be wall to wall shooting and mayhem. If you don't like slow cookers, then don't bother.

Well vaguely imagine this : few killings during the whole movie and then slow in between them :)
