War Vs Peace
 

Ok war is the topic all over the world.Bush is said to have hitler traits and bin ladin crazy.Do you think war is the answer?

Sadly, yes, sometimes war is the only answer. Would Hitler, Imperial Japan, Serbia, Iraq, Mussolini or Stalin have been stopped without war?

Peace only works for those who want it. Whe facing a madman or a despot, force is the only language they will respect.

The poll is flawed. Given the stage this whole thing is at now even the French really don't see peace as possible for the most part but are in a lot less of a rush to kill people. More options are needed to make the poll workable and cover the more realistic options. True peace is probably no longer one of them.

I thought it was VERY "scientific".

how can you do a poll like that? what a loaded question. it's a bit like asking, "Did you stop beating your wife yesterday or last week?" to someone who has never beat their wife.

Everyone wants peace--except for a few lunatics--people just have different ideas on how to achieve it. If the peaceniks got their way in WWII, this would be a very different world.

I have to agree with Snapper. A peaceful solution would be nice, but isn't realistic.

We are technically fighting for peace so one of my anti-war friends made a banner:

"Fighting for peace is like fucking for virginity."
