Why is so hard to get Paxum Master Card ?

I gived them my Driving license then Social Security Card.

then they told me

"In order for us to accept your Social Security Card, you must upload a photograph of yourself holding your drivers license and your social security card."

Is it for everybody like this or just me ?

I was just asked (after almost 4 years) for a Notarized proof of address (as i live in a non "Latin" letters country")

waiting for Ruth to come back from Vacation and see what she can do
