Awesome site res, but I have to agree, I doubt if it will convert. I'm on bvroadband, and it takes ages to load.

I had flash tour on my site for 3 days (maybe not so beautiful but with similar video pieces) only to see my signups drop a lot :(

Flash is great for alot of sites, good eyecandy, etc. Thing is right now except for some logos, etc. It doesn't work very well at all with standard paysites.

for most users whether there on dial up or on broadband type connections, the wait for flash paysites to load is usually to long.

They want to see what the site has to offer on the tour, then whip out there CC and get "off"

We would design more adult flash paysites if there was a demand for them, but not at this point.

Agreed, but our niche (webcam) just oriented for people with fast connections. Also divashow works fine for dialup users. Inside members area we dont use flash - only java-applet and nothing more... And i know many people from US/EU wants good quality from webcam models...

the video in the Flash animation is very cool, anybody know how that was done probably?

The Flash took almost a minute to load on a cable connection, that's not good. Restrict Flash to small elements on a page and it's ok. I think this looks great but it will hurt your biz.

It's good to see something different, a totally Flash-based paysite.

The tour pages don't take too long to load on broadband, but for 56kers, that may be a big concern (so I'd recommend a plain HTML page for the tour pages). Btw, I like that catchy Flash animation with the girl, very neat.

It's not 100% correct. 15%-20% is a standar rate for any webcam sites who pay affiliate (not per free signup). Also you should to know - we need to pay for models, advetising, big traffic, cc processing and cc processing hold (6 month). Where our income is here ?

Looks nice but is there a point to a site that looks nice but will piss off even those on broadband so they leave? I waited for the first to load which was pretty enough but pointless. Clicked on the tour and it started yet another download. Fuck that - I couldn't be bothered to wait for that one so closed the page. Life's far too short and any punter hitting your site wants porn not to have to sit there wacthing a counter slowly increase.

But then like many before I guess you'll have to learn the hard way. I've always wondered why there's so many in the business who forget the basic fact that the surfer is there to see naked people not pretty and geeky web pages

k heres my critique as a designer.

maybe its just me but it seems as though when you hover over the links on the main page the girls slide in "choppy", i assume the FPS of the doc. is probably the standard 12, try raising it to 20 FPS and everything will run a lot "smoother", including the intro thing w/ the girls flying in...

from the design perspective of it, i'm not really into the 45 degree angle's everywhere in the construction of the i-face, but thats just my personal preference i guess...

anyhow, its a good design and its a lot better than a lot of the other sites out there, design-wise that is. how it will convert is another thing, i don't really know. but let us know how it converts! i'd definately like to bust out some flash paysites if they'd convert well.

10k it's for divashow design, divacash design, scripts, javaapplets, banners and etc. It's normal i think.

Great job. The best design ever.

neat stuff! as a designer, I dig it - clean & sophisticated. it's a bit different too, so it got my attention.

One thing you can think about is loading the tour movie, while the surfer is on the main page. That way it is less of a hassle for them when they click the free tour button as one of two things have already happened.

1) They click on the tour button, and since it is already downloaded into cache it is a flawless transition

2) They click on the tour button, and since it is almost downloaded their wait time is limited by half.

I was a little disappointed I had to wait for the free tour, although, it was a nice smooth animation with the video inside of it.

I think that video inside that tour will help it convert.
